These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and purchases made via the Drejerian Åre website. By making a purchase, you agree to our terms and conditions.

2. Booking & purchase

When you book a course, workshop or other service with us, your booking is binding. The booking is only valid when payment has been made and you have received a confirmation via email.

 

3. Prices

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of obvious errors or changed VAT rates.

 

4. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods specified on the website at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in connection with booking.

 

5. Right of withdrawal

According to the Distance Contracts Act, a 14-day right of withdrawal normally applies. Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to courses, workshops and workshop places that are booked for a specific date or time period, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59).

 

6. Cancellation & rebooking

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booked activity will not result in a refund.

• If cancelled 7 days or earlier before the booked activity, 50% of the amount will be refunded.

• Rebooking can be done, subject to availability, no later than 7 days before the booked activity.

In case of illness, rebooking can be offered upon presentation of a medical certificate.

 

7. Cancelled activity

If Drejerian Åre is forced to cancel a course or activity, the full amount will be refunded or a rebooking will be offered.

 

8. Delivery of finished products

For customers who wish to have their finished ceramic products shipped, Drejerian Åre offers delivery for a separate shipping cost. The shipping cost is communicated and approved by the customer before the shipment is sent.

Drejerian Åre packs all products carefully and with great care. Despite this, we cannot be held responsible for damage that occurs during transport after the shipment has been handed over to the shipping company. Any complaints about transport damage should be directed primarily to the shipping company.

By choosing delivery, the customer agrees that the risk for the goods passes upon delivery to the carrier.

 

9. Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost gift cards will not be replaced.

 

9. Responsibility

Participation in our courses and activities is at your own risk. Drejerian Åre is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost or damaged on the premises.

 

10. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Data is only used to manage bookings and communication regarding your booking.

 

11. Applicable law

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by Swedish law. In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter by mutual agreement.
